The 14th Open Russian Festival of Animated Film (the only festival devoted to professional appraisal of domestic Russian animation) will take place at the Suzdal Tourist Centre from March 12-16. I'd like to bring some attention to a film that I think has been overlooked. Now, I haven't seen every Russian animated film made in 2007; many of them were never posted online by their creators.
